Terms of Use
The conditions, responsibilities, and risks that apply when you use the Copyhood interface.
Effective July 17, 2026
01
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Copyhood interface, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Copyhood.
02
About Copyhood
Copyhood is a non-custodial web interface that scans public Solana token data and helps you create a separate token on Robinhood Chain through third-party launcher contracts. It is not a bridge, migration protocol, exchange, custodian, broker, or listing service.
03
Non-custodial use
Copyhood never holds your funds, private keys, or recovery phrases and never submits transactions on your behalf. Every transaction is reviewed, signed, and paid for by you from your own wallet.
04
Your responsibilities
- Verify every transaction, network, address, fee, and amount before signing.
- Confirm that you may reuse imported names, artwork, descriptions, and links.
- Comply with the laws and tax requirements that apply in your jurisdiction.
- Do not use Copyhood to impersonate projects, deceive users, or facilitate fraud.
05
Transactions and fees
You are responsible for launcher creation fees, Robinhood Chain gas, and any optional initial purchase. Blockchain transactions may fail, remain pending, execute differently from an estimate, or be irreversible after confirmation.
06
No advice or warranty
Nothing on Copyhood is financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Token data, market figures, security warnings, and launcher detection are provided on a best-effort basis and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. The interface is provided as is and as available.
07
Risk acknowledgement
Use the interface at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copyhood accepts no liability for losses arising from failed transactions, smart contract defects, launcher behavior, network congestion, price movement, or third-party data providers.
08
Third-party protocols
CopyHood Partner and external launchers are independent protocols with their own rules, fees, and risks. Copyhood reads public configuration but does not control, audit, or guarantee them. A token deployed on Robinhood Chain is not a Robinhood brokerage listing or endorsement.
09
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
